Pickup:

We do not currently ship or deliver fireworks for retail sales!  All orders must be picked up as described below.  You can pre-order online and pick your fireworks up between December 17th-December 31st (New Year’s) and Memorial Day Weekend-July 5th (Independence Day) during business hours only.  Which location you pick up from depends on the season.

 

New Year’s Pickup Location (Dec 17th-Dec 31st):

Corner of SR164 and 400th St SE in Auburn, WA (near the White River Amphitheatre)

 

Independence Day Location (Memorial Day Weekend-July 5th):

2400 Auburn Way South in Auburn, WA (near the Muckleshoot Casino)

 

24 hours’ notice is required on all online orders.  Your order will be pulled and ready for pickup within 24 hours of your order being placed.  Your order will be held for 72 hours after the order is placed.  If you need more time or would like to schedule your pickup please email us at: pyrosrus@outlook.com.

 

Deals:

Please be aware that our Online Pricing is not the same as in-store pricing.  Some deals (such as 10% off your total order) only apply online and will not be upheld at our retail locations and vice versa.

 

Right to Substitute:

We reserve the right to substitute out of stock items with similar items of equal or greater value.  Please be aware that the product packaging may differ from what is shown and the product may be substituted with the same product from another vendor. 

 

Local and State Laws:

Please study your state and local laws before ordering. It is your responsibility to obtain any permits or licenses necessary to possess or light fireworks in your state, county, or city.  Please review our P-R-U Shop (Before You Shop) for assistance in researching the laws in your area.

 

Purchases and Delivery of Products:

The products shown on the Site are available for purchase only at our physical location shown on the Site. By completing the online order reservation, and making the credit card charge for the amount due on delivery, you are reserving the products to be delivered to you at our location. The online order reservation is not an acceptance of an offer. To the extent that any part of this Site is construed as making an offer, it is void where prohibited. All purchases, sales and offers of sale are made and accepted at our location, and are subject to any sales tax of the applicable taxing authorities. We do not ship retail fireworks. All orders must be picked up between the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend-July 5th.  You must be at least 18 years of age to submit an online order reservation. At the time you come to our location to take delivery of the product you will be required to present proper identification showing your identity and age. Contact Pyros-R-Us Fireworks for hours of operation. We reserve the right to substitute out of stock items with similar items of equal or greater value.  Other terms may apply to any purchase at our location.

 

Post Delivery Representations:

By taking delivery of the products at our location, you are ratifying the credit card charge made by you in connection with your order reservation. In addition, you are agreeing that the products will not be transported, stored, used, sold, or otherwise disposed of, in violation of any law, statute, regulation or ordinance. This merchandise is sold on the condition that the seller (Pyros-R-Us Fireworks) and all of its agents shall not be liable in any civil action for any accident, injury, incident, or any losses of any kind occasioned during the transportation, handling, possession, sale, storage, or use of these products.  All sales are final. There are no returns or refunds.
